The Golden Crown Hotel is a 5-star hotel located in Ampitya, Kandy, Srilanka. OMG the rooms are unreal. We got upgraded to the new suites in the new aisle and they're unreal. By far the best rooms we've had in Sri Lanka. They're totally stunning. They also have beautiful views. Super highly recommended!

We genuinely loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. It felt like coming home – not to one mom, but to many welcoming moms. All the staff took such good care of us and made sure we had the best time. They had great tips on sightseeing and booked a fair priced tuktuk to drive us around Dambulla. The buffet was varied and delicious; the room and garden were tidy, beautiful and clearly looked after; the bed was super comfortable. We really hope we can come back one day.

I arrived at this hostel to spend one night and ended up 4 and leaving was completely heartbroken 🥹❤️‍🩹It is a family hostel where I felt like one of the family, I am very very happy and grateful to have been lucky enough to find such a ✨special ✨place to which I will definitely return and of course recommend, because thanks to the hosts my experience in Sigiriya was spectacular🌄. The family working there are so nice and the food is freshly cooked every day. We had the best dinner in Sri Lanka. The hotel is situated in the middle of the nature so there are a lot of animals to see and if you want to do some activities the people in the hotel will help you out and give you good prices. We did the village tour and it was so worth it. The room and everything was really clean. I will definitely come again.

You can enjoy a private view of the Lion Rock from the garden! The atmosphere is really relaxing and family is lovely! The rooms are really comfortable, new and clean. You can also taste their typical delicious food. Totally recommend!☺️☺️
