Well set in Rome, Residenza Piranesi Boutique Hotel provides a continental breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. This 4-star hotel offers room service and a concierge service. Clean and tidy hotel near the Spanish steps. Excelent location. I was a little bit worried about the reviews in google for stolen items from the room. Fortunately, we had no worries. Veru clean, comfort, helpful staff.

The staff were friendly and communicative, smooth check-in & out. Storage for luggage is available. Spectacular view of the Chiostro di Michelangelo from the room (got a free upgrade :)) . The location is excellent, very close to Termini Train Station (easy access to Fiumicino Airport) and walking distance to several attractions.

This hotel is very cozy and nice, and you feel it once you arrive, feels like home! Everything is so neat and stylish. The room looks brand new, so every time you come back after promenade you feel super comfortable. The staff is super friendly - from guys who welcome and check you in to amazing women who serve the breakfast. When we arrived there was a guy named Umberto - such a nice Italian man who welcomed us so warmly and recommended a lot of amazing tasty restaurants. On my Birthday they surprised me and presented me a cake while we were having breakfast. It was super nice! By the way, as to the breakfast - it was quite good and tasty. If you’ve been to Europe before, you know that a typical European breakfast is not smth really special, but I guess that this hotel has a pretty nice choice. Location is just amazing! It’s only 10 mins walk to Trevi fountain, Spanish steps; the Colosseum is a bit further, but trust me you can walk there, especially with coffee&meal stops, so you’ll not get tired. We didn’t use any public transport at all. And one more important thing- the hotel is kind of hidden in the narrow street, so it’s not noisy, that’s a great bonus I guess. So, I’m so happy that I chose this hotel. Many many thanks to the guys who work there, you’re making this place special.

The location is perfect, its super close to all monuments and city centre. Overall our experience with this hotel and staff was very nice.
