The accommodation is a very beautiful house renovated with great care, featuring several apartments located slightly above the tourist center. The location is about 20 minutes on foot from the lake promenade, but situated very quietly. You cannot drive directly to the accommodation, which makes it all the more peaceful as there is no traffic noise. Several public parking spaces are at most 5 minutes away on foot. The accommodation has a beautiful courtyard where you can sit with friends in the evening and enjoy one of the good wines offered by the bistro. In the bistro itself, you can also enjoy small snacks and very good espresso during the day. The breakfast is put together with great care and many organic products and homemade cakes are offered. The Passer team around the owner Alessandro is extremely helpful and has many tips for excursions and restaurants. We had a very nice stay and will definitely come back!

Stayed for 2 nights but definitely could have stayed forever. 3 minute walk to the lake water, and Marco was the kindest host who made us feel very welcome. Will stay again when we visit the area in the future. Highly recommend.

The apartment has all equipments to stay and to cook as well. The host explained very well to how to reach, to park, to enter; it was so easy. The host contacted me through whatsapp and adviced where to visit etc. It has a private parking for free. You need to take a bus to city center, we had a car and it was so easy to reach center. Located on garden floor so it is too easy to access from parking. Also it has garden balcony chairs to have rest.

Best choice in Como for people who look for something interesting and at the same time cosy and calm. The girls from the reception were very friendly and welcoming.
