There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay.... We stayed in the apartment and it was lovely and well-appointed. The little patio area in front was so nice since we were blessed with a beautiful day. Sitting outside with a coffee and watching and listening to the birds in the meadow right outside was delightful. We had been in Bakkagerdi earlier in the evening to view the puffins (1 million stars/10 on that experience) and this was the perfect place to spend the night, since it was less than an hour from there but also gave us a little bit of a head start on our clockwise ring road journey for the next day's travels.

The common area, the kitchen and the comfortable bed and linens were amazing. As well as the affordable price during low season (we were the only ones in the hostel). The hostel was clean, functional and the staff friendly.
