My mornings began with an incredible breakfast spread offering a vast array of delicious options from across India and beyond. The culinary excellence was matched only by the service and presentation. What truly set this experience apart was the sense of history that envelops the hotel. A special thank you to Mr. Newton, the in-house historian, who spent two hours personally walking me through the rich legacy of the palace. Having worked there for over 44 years, his stories, insights, and passion brought the walls of the hotel to life. It was like walking through time, guided by someone who had lived it. I only stayed four days, and it wasn’t nearly enough. I didn’t want to leave. Next time, I’ll be staying longer—because the Taj isn’t just a place to sleep; it’s a destination in itself. Thank you to everyone at the Taj Mahal Palace for creating memories I will cherish forever. I can’t wait to return.

Embodying the 120-year-old legacy of John Jacob Astor IV, our 5-star hotel in South Mumbai made its debut as the first St. Regis hotel in India. I’ll stay at the Saint Regis was above excellence, it was my birthday and they provided us with a daily treat including an entire birthday cake, red roses, and greetings from all staff members. The beds are the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced and the staff will go to lengths for you. Everything is sparkling clean and the rooms are beautiful, facilities in the hotel are excellent and there is even a bottle of champagne which is opened with a Sabre every day at 6 pm for a complimentary glass of champagne with guests.

Centrally located in Mumbai's business district, close to South Mumbai's shopping and entertainment areas, The Oberoi offers luxury and convenience with its outdoor heated pool, 24-hour spa, fitness... The room was well appointed, although a little smaller than I expected, but very comfortable with pillow options and good blackout curtains. The breakfast was excellent, cooked to order with a great choice of local and western options, plus a buffet for fruit and pastries. We had a wonderful waiter called Jason who made our mornings extra special with his recommendations and excellent service. The doormen were also fantastic, always courteous and helpful when our Uber went to the wrong pick up! We loved the location of the hotel as it was less frantic then other places and very peaceful, it's also great to walk along Marine Drive in the evenings and people watch. We had a great stay!

All the staff, be it the Reception manager and staff, the concierge and also the cleaners are are doing a wonderful job. They are kind and highly professional and take care to make your stay special. Breakfast was delicious. Special thanks to the restaurant manager Navneet Tripathi who took care that everything was perfect. The breakfast buffet offers everything you wish for and has healthy and tasty choices. This hotel has the best staff I have seen for quite a while.
