Everything about this property from start to finish was absolutely exceptional. From the moment you arrive you are greeted with so much warmth and care. The gardens on the property are stunning and the room with it's balcony was beautiful. One of the things I both loved and appreciated about my stay was the careful thoughtful gestures like fresh fruit and additional water refills. At turn down the team surprised me with some selfcare gifts such as hand cream, lip balm and a roll on perfume - I so appreciated it. The restaurants on site are also incredible and the breakfast buffet was insane. I had the best dosa's for breakfast. Such a beautiful stay, I only wish it could have been longer!

The property was exceptional in terms of it location, atmposphere, and sense of spaciousness. The staff were exceptional, courteous, friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and had enough variety to keep variety of palattes happy. The choice of experience available for guests are what you expect however had some unique "estate walk' with a resident ecologist is really makes the experience memorable. While all the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful, we would like to single out few of them: Lakrani was very courteous, efficient and friendly. She would be easily hired for customer facing work anywhere in the world. Infectious enthusiasm was impressive. Lithin was very knowledgable, friendly and willing to share his knowledge about the property, eco system and his passion readily. Ranjit Kumar Pradhan was extremely friendly, obliging and creative in preparing food of exceptional quality and taste. Wish we stayed more nights to taste his delicacy.

Wow where do I begin! The best, most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at, and maybe will ever stay at in my entire life. "7-star" service and food, very friendly and professional staff throughout, and the food was the best I've had in my entire life period, both in the restaurant downstairs, and in "Falak" on the 17th floor, overlooking the City. Simply exceptional, and a must visit for anyone visiting Bangalore. We had a free upgrade for doing absolutely nothing ;) and the room was sublime, I could live in there permanently it was that good. So no insects,bugs, mosquitoes or lizards . Close by - walking distance to many food places, restaurants, pubs, malls , 15 mins auto to JP Nagar metro. Looks the same like in posted pictures. Management (Harish) is wonderful, efficient, honest, responsive any time ( including midnight ). He's also very helpful & caring towards guests. Housekeeping staff ( Vishal, Geetha ) are really wonderful persons of integrity, very kind & helpful. Apt. management can provide reference to a very good travel operator whom I used a lot.

Dear fellow traveler, With the utmost sincerity I urge you to visit the Coorg Wilderness Resort and Spa because it is simply amazing, down to the smallest details. We arrived after dark and out of the jungle rose massive iron gates with side lights, and we were inspected by security - this felt very Crazy Rich Asians. We were met at the roundabout by Aswathi who facilitated the rest of our checkin. We received a blessing, were led to a couch, and received a cup of ginger tea before she went over the stay and amenities with us. We were shown to our suite, which was beautifully appointed in every way. Simply luxurious. You will not want for anything, there is something to occupy every visitor, even the pickiest among you - even our 15 year old daughter. The food in the restaurant is outstanding, a feast for the eyes and the palette. Daily there are many activities offered. Our favorites were morning bird watching, rooftop yoga, and a wilderness walk. The latter was led by Jagath who knows much about the local flora and fauna, and was infinitely patient with our many questions. We met other of Jagath”s colleagues, Harish, and jithesh, who operate the sustainable farm. We were offered the opportunity to select our own poultry for dinner…a rare option in our experience. The farm provides produce and meat to the kitchen and the results are unbeatable. So fellow traveler, this resort is most certainly worth your time for a visit.
