Young Harry welcomed us with outstanding hospitality, was always available and kind. He was always at our disposal for any problems. He also performed outstandingly as a local guide. How it's an amazing place , I could stay more nights , have a good location, and near to everything! Our room it was clean and fresh, it was more than we expected. Hotel deserves more stars.

Our room was very comfortable, well equipped with a large bed, a lounge area, ironing facilities and an office space. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The staff were professional and very helpful, from the reception to the housekeeping staff. We had a problem with our room thermostat, and the duty manager was amazing and so friendly and resolved the issue so efficiently, and we appreciated that we were given a discount for the night.
