Crover House Hotel & Golf Club is located on the North-East shores of Lough Sheelin Lake between Cavan and Ballyjamesduff. How friendly the staff were. Regan on reception and the other receptionist, were a joy to check in with. The concierge was such a gentleman. Fantastic service

With an 18-hole championship golf course, a 20-metre pool and a luxurious spa, Slieve Russell Hotel is set within 300 acres of grounds. This is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The rooms were large and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities you would expect in a high end hotel. The views out our room of the golf course were lovely. The included breakfast was a typical European buffet with all the variety you would expect. The hotel is not really near anything, so you are going there to enjoy that property. And there is much to enjoy. We wished we could have stayed there longer.

This 18th-century castle has a quiet location, looking out over huge grounds and beautiful countryside. It is now a 4-star hotel, mixing original character with modern luxury and free parking. The most relaxing stay for my husbands 60th birthday. The staff even left him a birthday card and box of chocolates in the room. Looking forward to the next stay. I have recommended the castle to my family.

We loved everything: location, facilities, staff, comfort, beauty of the surroundings, swimmingpool, room (double king), food, walking paths. Farnham hotel is one of the most relaxing place we have ever been.

Dungimmon House is set in Ballyconnell, 7.4 km from Drumlane Abbey, 16 km from Ballyhaise College, as well as 20 km from Cavan Genealogy Centre. Absolutely picturesque property in a handy location close to local pubs, bars and shops, only 5min drive. Comfy, well appointed room, quality freshly cooked breakfast and our host had thought of everything to make us welcome.

Offering a garden and garden view, Majestic Cavan Burren, 4 Bedroom, Dream Holiday Home is situated in Cornagee, 2.5 km from Killinagh Church and 13 km from Marble Arch Caves Global Geopark. Everything about the property was absolutely amazing, we enjoyed our stay very much. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful with amazing views.

Toddys Hideaway is set in Cavan, 12 km from Cavan Genealogy Centre, 20 km from Ballyhaise College, and 23 km from Drumlane Abbey. So cosy. We stayed there 2 nights and were given the right amount of information prior to our stay about the location, how to get in and how to turn heating on and the facilities are all you need. They left us bread, milk, eggs, juice and other essentials etc and it’s not far from Ballinagh where you can get anything else you may need. Great weekend
