It is really close to the forest and has a great, very naturalistic atmosphere. The staff is very kind and friendly. The wellness part is smaller but enough to have some relax. The breakfast has a pretty good selection even though the hotel itself is smaller. They could prepare the room earlier than the actual check in (for an extra charge).

I can feel staff are trying to helpl and really friendly but they dont speak english which makes complicated in communication. Like i dont know what is included and what is charged even though i can feel they are honest but just i dont understand what was charged. Also i left message no need for dinner in room on my arrival day, i guess they are nice or dont understand my message, they still put dinner in my room and was wasted. I appreciate the gesture, but just check the message and that is not neccessary. No harsh feeling, just totally can be avoid misunderstanding

The property was very clean and the host was very kind and helpful. We have arrived hours earlier than they expect us but the room was ready, no needed to wait. 😄 The view from the roof terrace is beautiful 😍.

Located just 10 minutes from the centre of Gyöngyös, in a quiet area, Hotel Opal Superior - Adults Only features modernly furnished apartments and rooms, and a wellness centre featuring infrared... The staff were amazing. Both of the guys were very nice and helpful.

Hotel Narád features a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Mátraszentimre. A Turkish bath and a bicycle rental service are available for guests. Nice resort with hot springs, a pool, and a gym — though the facilities are a bit dated. Nothing beats a hot soak after skiing. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. All in all, worth a stay!

Hotel Ózon & Luxury Villas is a 4-star superior hotel set in the Mátra mountain range, surrounded by the Mátra National Preserve. Excellent management,staff. It is the perfect place to charge batteries.

The hotel is well situated in the Matra mountains. We were well received at reception and offered welcome drinks. Our room was spacious, clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast and dinner were included in our package and was exceptional. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotels facilities were more then adequate. Good value for money.
