Beautifully renovated property in the heart of old town Annecy. Close to the train station. Fantastic location, clean room with comfy beds. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful & gave recommendations for where to eat in Annecy & looked after our bags when we checked out. Would definitely stay again.

Very upscale hotel with beautiful rooms and common areas. We did not use pool, but looked very nice. Location was great and all staff very nice and helpful!

It was very private, with its own terrace even though it’s part of the house. It is walking distance to shops, restaurants and the lake. There was a cycle hire place just 5 minutes away and we cycled around the lake from the apartment. The garden was so tranquil. The kitchen is well equipped and the host supplied us with glasses when we found we were lacking. Annecy was only 20mins away.

In a quiet location but very close to the centre of Annecy, which is a beautiful lake town. Apartment was very clean with a good sized balcony , great to sit and dine out on. We were met by owner's son who spoke good English and ran through things. I stupidly posted the keys when leaving in the wrong postbox but owners were thankfully very understanding. Please don't make the same mistake if staying here. Thank you for everything Christophe and Rafael
