Hotel Gran Plaza San Agustin has an outdoor swimming pool, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in San Agustín. The accommodation features a kids' club, room service and organising tours for guests. I loved this hotel. For those of us who were going elsewhere and have been roughing it for a bit this hotel is a nice reset. The staff are great, kind, and while the check in process takes a bit longer it is well worth the wait. The room is spacious, brand new, clean - it was exactly what I was looking for. Chances are I'll be staying and going to San Agustin once more. There's one thing I do know - I'm not staying anywhere else but here.

A recently renovated chalet situated in San Agustín, Cabañas Alpina features a garden. The property has garden views. Very friendly and helpful host. Nice breakfast. Very cute dogs. Very beautiful, calm place and close to a viewpoint. A bit outside town. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Very friendly hosts that help you organise things. They offered me cold lemonade multiple times, very welcome in the heat, other food was also offered multiple times. Breakfast was freshly prepared each morning to your wish. Mattresses are soft, two ventilators in the bedroom, private bathroom is small but functional .

Very nice and convenient Hotel with a rooftop terrace and a small but well equipped kitchen. The owners and the staff were extraordinarily pleasant and welcoming. We were even met at the bus stop. They organized the round trip to the different sights and helped us buying the bus tickets to Popayan. There was free water and tea and we received excellent tips about good restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Samai Hotel and even extended it for another day.
