Location is great - they provide shuttle bus service to the airport. Staffs are friendly and helful. Rooms are spotless, beds are comfy and water pressure is great. Kids' slippers and dental kits are delivered by a robot - which is a cute surprise to enlighten the kid. Big bonus - their restaurant serves amazing food and delivers good services - good value for money.

The hotel owner (a family) very one of the kindest people ive met. They made me feel like home and the food was amazing!! Brillant cook. It's very quiet and easy to access by car from shaxi old town like a 10 Minute drive or like a 20 min walk. Very nice if you wanna have some peace and quiet and really the family for me was the best Part of the hotel.

Booked the place for 1 night, but flight got delayed and we check in for 2 hours only at 3am. The staff was so helpful and polite. The room is clean and not dusty Toiletries and towel provided. Body wash is good The male staff was so kind to book taxi for us early in the morning to the train station.
