We had a wonderful stay at the Langham. This was our first trip to Shanghai and I am so glad we chose this hotel for our stay. It is perfectly located, but more than that, the hotel itself is stunning and we had a very comfortable room. Everything was spotless, and we had a wonderful surprise from hospitality staff. After a great night sleep, DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST!!!. it's fantastic with so many options. This hotel staff could not be better. A few people stood out. We wanted to say thank you to Mr Ivan and Mr Jeffery. They helped us all week, and it was a joy to speak with each morning. A very special thank you to Mr Andy! What a kind and knowledgeable gentleman. Ask for him if you need anything, he treated us like family. We will be back

The location is right in front of metro station and close to yuan garden. They have a laundry room equipped with washing and dryer machines and an iron. They had delivery robots. The staff are very nice and cooperative checked us in early and checked us out a little late.

Shanghai Hongqiao Heyitang Hotel Beixinjing Subway Station Branch features a fitness centre, garden, a restaurant and bar in Shanghai. Excepcional! Staff was super friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. They even helped me with ordering food to be delivered at the hotel!! I could wash my clothes for free here, which was so needed as I was already traveling for a full week. I would definetely be back when in Shanghai!

This place was great, the apartment is modern clean and tidy and the host was very friendly and helpful with local experiences. The location is great for getting around the city and is a block away from 'The Peoples Square' which is a great place to find the branded shops and the crowds and the mall leads down to the 'Bund' for great city and river views. The host also has entry keys to the busy street below which is a great place for the Didi pick up or getting out and about on foot
