The hotel (actually a charming villa) was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. The lady at the reception 🥰🥰🥰 was very friendly, welcomed us with complimentary chocolates. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The room was beyond comfortable, spotless and spacious, with elegant décor. Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options. Great restaurants and train station within walking distance. Ability to store your luggage after check-out. Offering a fitness centre and city view, Swiss Hotel Apartments - Lugano is situated in Lugano, less than 1 km from Exhibition Center Lugano and a 14-minute walk from Lugano Station. 5* experience! The apartment is absolutely spotless and has everything you need. I can't describe how clean it is. It's located just 5-10min walk from the centre. Parking was great and super easy. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows, loved the bathrobes and Slippers which were provided. It literally felt like a luxury apartment where attention to detail was paid on every single thing. From the toiletries, to the plenty of water complimentary water bottles provided and mini Swiss chocolates. Last but not least, Gabriele at reception is the most welcoming, funny & efficient front office gentleman! We are definitely going to visit these apartments in the future. We'll done Swiss hotels, you have done a great job from front office to housekeeping!
