We were truly impressed by the exceptional kindness of the hotel staff, especially the ladies at reception. The hotel and our room were impeccably clean, and the breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had plenty of choices. The location is excellent, and the on-site garage is an invaluable convenience. We would gladly choose Hotel Festival again for our next visit to Sarajevo.

The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and informative. Breakfast was also great. They were really a big part of why we enjoyed our trip. There’s also a nice cat that hangs out by the breakfast area!

For anybody visiting Bosnia for the first time, it is about 15 minutes drive into the city, but ideally located to avoid inner city congestion. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. As well as very responsive for any of your needs. I would recommend to hire a car as the property has fantastic parking available. There is also a Full café with a broad menu underneath the building, and two supermarkets very close. There are three cash points within hundred yards, Pharmacy, post office, and two bakeries. Fantastic place to stay, would highly recommend.

Absolutely LOVELY room and GREAT location. Staff was lovely. VERY easy and convenient checkin. Absolutely would recommend and would absolutely stay again! :)

Located in Sarajevo, Olja is a recently renovated accommodation, 2.2 km from Sarajevo War Tunnel and 8.2 km from Latin bridge. The apartment was suuuuper cute and cozy, also really clean!! It's near the airport so the location is great! The host was super nice and welcoming! We're definitely coming back here!! :)
