Located 10 km from Sankt Pölten, Hotel Smart Liv'in in Böheimkirchen has a 24-hour check-in. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. Everything was perfect, even though I was expecting problems from highwater that happened just shortly before, there is absolutely nothing that actually disturbs a stay in this place. Even if it is a self check in-hotel, there is mostly somebody present to help, if there are any questions.

Excellent breakfast and coffee. Hair dryer provided. Lots of parking. Shopping nearby. Hotel employees were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended.
