This 3-star hotel in the centre of Arnoldstein is 10 km from Villach and Lake Faak. It offers free in-room Wi-Fi and a traditional restaurant serving Carinthian and international cuisine. Everything was great. Really good breakfast. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.

Nearly everything and everyone there is just great. Restaurant is classy with great food and atmosphere for the evenings, and the breakfast is just superior to many 5-star hotels. Selection of herbal and fruit teas is enormous. Staff is very pleasant and helpful, everything in hotel is modern, common area doors are automatic touch-free, rooms are spacious with a large entry area which is especially convenient if you came skiing. The hotel is excellent, beautifully furnished, exceptionally large rooms with a spacious bathroom and lovely balcony right in the heart of Velden. The spa is very nice and the breakfast was tasty with a wide range of options available. The restaurant is very good and we ate lunch and dinner there also and it was very good. We also took advantage of the free bicycle option and cycled all the way around Lake Worthersee, a very nice trip. Expensive but standard for the location. We didn't use the lake access but were given passes if we had wanted to do so.

Perfect motel style of hotel in Koroška region, in town of Velikovec. Can park near by and hotel has electric blinds on windows - can put them up and down with button. Super cool. It has has been already over month since our stay, but I remember hotel was spotless clean. Will come back, when going to lakes again.

The building where the apartment is is located close to the lake (ca. 100 meters) and castle Landskron (ca. 1.5 km). If you have a bike, in one day, you can visit the castle (an MTB bike is welcome) and make the 28 km circle around the lake (Ossiacher See Cycling Tour - R2 and R2A). The apartment is renovated, comfy, and cozy - you can find all the kitchenware you need if you plan to do your own cooking. Besides, the owner left for visitors free coffee pads (there's also the coffee machine) and tea bags. Really nice welcoming gesture :) Also getting in contact with the owner who handled the keys was fast and simple. Plus, you get to park for free in the building garage - or outside the building if you prefer. If I summarize, it was a great experience.
