The room is big and comfortable. The golden is so beautiful ,there has good views.

Everything was great. From the location, the villa, to the room, the service, and the breakfast. We really appreciated how quiet it is around the villa. The service was super attentive and thoughtful. Our fridge was loaded with snacks and fruits. The owner of the villa also called us to confirm our arrival time before greeting us with afternoon tea and desserts. Each room is also equipped with two bikes to use for free. It was an awesome stay. Next time if we visit Hualien again, we might just stay in the room and chill.

Free shuttle from & to Hualien Station(advance reservation necessary). Hotel is very wide (lobby to guestrooms, free shuttle available) and with variety of facillities (some cost extra charge), personally times would be a little bit tight for only one night stay even if before check-in & after check-out facilities are still available for use. Rooms are all with balcony (garden & river view), very wide, with everything more than enough. Poolside is fantastic in both day & night time, lifeguards are there who are all polite and friendly. Still, there are pools with warm water (around 40 degrees), not any problems in winter season. Canal's cruising boat takes guests to see through the hotel (go around), boatmans (some are female) would like to give guests a guide patiently through the whole cruise. And also, around 22:00, they run the final boat (not allowed on board) with music speaker, saying good night to everybody. Restaurant is small a bit considering they have such huge amount of guestrooms, it results in that dinner time being seperated into two parts...might be a little bit shameful as they offered many kinds of cuisines, hopefully longer time for dinner would be suggested. But even if we did it over time, staff in the restaurant were all nice and did not push us in a hurry at all. Breakfast time until 12:00 which is quite an excellent service as guests are able to spend the leisure time until around 11:00 (final check-out time), then go for breakfast after check-out. We planned to do this originally but could hardly hire a shuttle to lobby for doing check-out first (around 11:00 is a rush hour for check-out, cars are not enough at all) . However they let us to keep our luggages and room key, go enjoy our late morning time first, back at around 12:15, then they offered a shuttle, gave us a ride to lobby for check-out. Well they do have flexibilities no matter how their policy defines, unfoegettable customer services.

Happily sharing spaces with friends

Definitely one of the best experiences we had in Taiwan. Super nice clean big room. Dining area with piano and games you can use. The place is run by the owners and this you can feel! The owner roasts his coffee himself and the breakfast is delicious. As we have a picky kid and ourselves are vegetarian they changed the ingredients and every one of us enjoyed breakfast. On top of that being basically at the home of a Taiwanese family, that is how it felt, added to making everything perfect
