The appartment is very spacious and modern. There was a kitchen as well as a refrigerator, a balcony, a living room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms for us two. The location is just perfect, inside the main square. Concerning security: Access to the elevator is only possible with the room card and after 22:00 (if I recall correctly) the hotel doors are locked can be opened with the room card, too. The staff was very helpful. We were offered an optional breakfast but we did not try it.

New apartment block and completely newly furnished and decorated small, comfortable and very cute apartment. Equipped with all appliances in both the kitchen and the bathroom. The location is great. Easy access, parking lot next to the block. The center is a nice walk away from the apartment. The instructions for arrival, availability and friendliness of the host are impeccable and at the highest level. I travel a lot all over the world and I am a demanding guest, everything was as it should be in the LA Studio accommodation. I highly recommend staying in this apartment.

We felt like home. The host is absolutely amazing, so kind, so helpful, so willing to make you feel like home. Very clean, well decorated, very well equipped. For a longer stay, kitchen is gold. Nearby there are some shops including a Lidl and a Hofer where you can buy things to cook. A kebap shop is also close (you walk 3 min to it). You need car to get to the center of the city but in 10 minutes or maximum 15 at every hour you are anywhere in Maribor you want. Parking is in the courtyard. This is very helpful for a longer stay because in the city every street parking is paid (1 eur / h, except Sat & Sun). We stayed in January and the house was warm and comfortable even ourside there were -10 Celsius degrees. It is a small old house, recently renovated with a bedroom where a queen-size bed is, and separately a small livingroom with a sofa bed. In the kitchen you have almost everything to make your breakfast or even lunch and dinner. Excellent location also for those who come to ski.

Our stay here was more than pleasant. The lady who welcomed us at the reception around 10 PM was extremely kind and provided us with all the information we needed. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The accommodation is located just 7 minutes from the ski resort. We will definitely return.
