We had an amazing stay! The room was very clean with a well-equipped kitchen, an extremely comfortable bed, blackout curtains, and even an insect repellant was provided. The view from the terasse is marvellous. The staff is very helpful and polite. They attended to our requests with care and provided excellent service. The breakfast served at the hotel was amazing. It represented the local food with a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. Endless possibilities for a healthy diet.

An absolutely exceptional accomondation, it might've easily been the best hotel I've ever been to. It certainly beated even all five-star ones on my list at the moment. The room was amazing, spacious and comfortable. The bed was perfect (and big, too). The area is scenic, the breakfast is delicious. Pretty much everything; it is a beautifully refurbished and stylish house, with all modern appliances, including air conditioning; it has a large car parking on site; easiest check-in and check-out we have experienced as it is through a digital code/ locking systems; bedroom furniture is lovely with a mixture of modern and old; location is superb in the hot spring area (caldeira) of Furnas and at walking distance to the village centre; great views to hot-springs and the mountains. The house is like a 5 star hotel!
