Great mansion with a wonderful swimming pool and a beautiful garden. Excellent staff. Good restaurants. Just an easy 15 min walk to Coimbra. We stayed in the Palace rooms, a bit more expensive but certainly worth the money.

Wonderful hotel, the location is right in the old town, close to shops, restaurants and University. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The library decor throughout the hotel is amazing. The room spotlessly clean. Convenient pillows, nice towels, all the necessary amenities. Nice breakfast, coffee, tea and cakes with the view throughout a day was a nice and delicious surprise. Did not want to leave, would love to be back. Definitely recommended.

Excellent facilities and very clean. The staff were very friendly. The food at the restaurant was very good.

Very comfortable with great facilities. The personnel were excellent in every area, and very friendly, relaxed, and communicative - but professional at the same time. The food (breakfast, dinner, and the odd room-service) was always very good, and plenty of choice - main dishes always changed from day-to-day. We even complimented the chef on one of them. The swimming-pool was a welcome addition to cool off on some of the hot days. Here again the service at the kiosk was excellent. We really enjoyed an evening of live music in the pool area. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Oslo is a family-run hotel situated 50 meters from the station with views over the city and its historical University. It offers recently renovated rooms with free Wi-Fi.

Overall, a great stay. Bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom had great lighting, and a big shower. Cleaning was done daily, and very discreetly. I used the ironing service, which was well done and not too expensive. Breakfast was great

Great room with a view out across the town. Sat out on the balcony for some time late into the evening just looking out across the hills and town. Restaurant also with good views out and the food was quite superb.

Jantesta Guest House is 5 km from Coimbra city centre and offers an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. It offers a 24-hour reception and an airport shuttle service.

the room were spacious, with air conditioning, Tv. The bed extremely comfortable with nice pillows! had a nice bath with shower overhead. the Residential is a traditional home, the owners Sr Gabriel and Dona Augusta were so kind and welcoming! one can use a kitchen to cook with all facilities with extra small amount of 5 euros per day. beautiful views to The Valleys, nice swimming pool and games room! only 10 minutes driving to Coimbra wuth options for bus and Uber as well. I can’t recommend more if you are staying around Coimbra/Pombal!
