They make us feel like family, A very beautiful cabin is the perfect place to stay for a couple looking for peace and quiet, with chickens, sheep and doggies. It was a wonderful place for our family holiday. The house has all the amenities, a beautifully maintained garden and a lovely swimming pool. Our hostess, Rosa is a very nice and cheerful person who constantly surprised us with home-made cakes, strawberries and vegetables from her garden, and delicious liqueurs. The surrounding area is beautiful and more suitable for people (like us) who prefer nature and peace and quiet. All the best to you Mrs Rosa and your family.

Immaculate! Beautiful garden. Loved our individual patio area with comfortable seating as well as sun beds. Make good use of the pool. The whole place was quiet, calm and relaxing. Breakfast was tasty, including local and home made produce. The paper bag to take our uneaten bread/pastries was a really nice touch, as was the bath robes in the bedroom.

We loved our little holiday at Alva Valley Hotel. Staff was very kind and very attentive. We loved the bedroom and very spacious and the location was perfect to discover the area of Serra Da Estrella. Breakfast was an excellent too! We would definitely come back to stay here again!
