From what I know this has recent new owners who are making an excellent job of renovating and improving the hotel. Very friendly greeting and very helpful about locality. Very comfy bed, good bathrooms and good standard of cleanliness. I would certainly use again. very friendly staff.

Location was great, just in the center of Methven. Room was clean, warm and looked nice. Staff was very helpful and nice. Big living room/kitchen with equipment and fireplace. Upstairs there was gaming-/tv-room with comfortable sofas. Great place in every way and not too expensive.

Wonderful room. They had some extra availability and moved me from the room I had booked to another room a bit further from the road. Laundry on site with great drying area in the yard. Very close do downtown. Very clean and owners were very pleasant and friendly.

We had a great time at Terrace downs. The villa was very spacious, excellent for family holiday. Overlooking the golf course and mountain view. Spa bath was a beautiful touch for a romantic couple gateway. Exceptional service from the wait staff during dinner. Beautiful setting / views at the Lodge.

Such a great layout and very relaxing property. Nice quiet location with loads of parking. Use of the garage for our ski gear was fantastic and there were loads of thoughtful touches throughout the house. We couldn't use the large entertaining area but it would be awesome in summer.
