The room are very big and price is very reasonable. There are very nice simple things that I do not see in many even more expensive hotels, like charging cable provided on the bedside table, switches with label and illustration, TV with Netflix, Disney plus and YouTube albeit you need to have your own account. The expresso machine on the ground floor provides an excellent cuppa and it’s free! I also like that they are very environmentally friendly where they won’t clean up your room unless you inform them to. I think it’s is the e way to go. The cleaning staff are very responsive and helpful.

Amazingly friendly staff, helped me out a lot when I couldn't book a bus or train by foreign credit cards - he paid for it himself and I could compensate him by cash instead. Went out of his way for superior customer service, highly recommended! otherwise also a great value hotel with clean and nice rooms.

The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. They even went the extra mile and assisted us when we had a moment of crisis with a taxi driver. The room was clean, very comfortable and equipped with everything a traveller would need. Would definitely recommend 👌
