Each floor also offers ice cream, juice, and various snacks. The staff service is excellent, and you can tell the food in the restaurant is made with fresh, seasonal local ingredients. The service in the restaurant is also very good. Overall, I am very satisfied.

amazing hosts and staff. Loved the private roof top onsen that my wife and I could share. Nice kaiseki dinner of local ingredients including some excellent wagyu and hand made soba noodles made by the owner. Our room was beautiful, with lots of attention to detail. We had to leave early in the morning and they were so kind in providing us with a packed lunch each since we missed breakfast

This hotel had a very professional feel to it, and the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. A very comfortable bed in a room with that extra bit of space that one so appreciates in Japan, both in the room itself and the bathroom. I'd happily stay again another time.

The staff was lovely, we had dinner at the restaurant there- indian style, and it was delicious! The owner made everything to order and we had a great time. Atsu was so nice and welcoming! Relatively close to Matsumoto and Nagano, but great if you look for a peaceful and quiet location
