Lovely clean rooms, and all facilities were excellent. I loved the happy hour. Laundry facilities were great, and I enjoyed being able to help myself to bathroom products (e.g. lotions, razer, face mask, etc.). Staff were so helpful and attentive.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Hamamatsu! The staff was kind and professional, and the check-in was smooth and easy. The room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable — everything I needed for a restful night. The location was convenient too, close to public transport and local restaurants. Absolutely amazing hotel, very well decorated modern Japanese style. Comfortable room, very peaceful. Free parking. 35mins to the airport. Friendly staffs. Definitely stay here again if we come back to this city.

Everything was pretty good. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was super tasty and has a lot of variety of foods. There was also a discount to parking the car over there. So convenient. I liked it.
