+ great location just next to the JR Station + Good size room, standard equipments and amenities for this price range in Japan (very good) + Great breakfast, worth the waiting ( it can get crowded sometimes) + The onsen on the rooftop... The star of this hotel... Fantastic, must try it even if you don't love the onsen atmosphere (yeah, the naked people).

It is a fully facilitated one-bedroom apartment, spacious and with a full kitchen and a balcony that comes with a great view! The location was also pretty great. It is only a short walk to the Hakodate JR station and the Red Brick Warehouse (within 10mins). The tram stop is roughly 3min walk away door-to-door. We really enjoyed the apartment.

Good location perfect service. During our stay, there happened to be a New Year's event, and we tasted handmade biscuits and some fruit wine. It's great to see the sea view through the window of the room.

It is a very nice hotel in an excellent location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It is completely underrated for the time being, but it should not be the case. Excellent place, strongly recommended.
