When I was booking I was curious about especially high rating but well it truly was amazing they got everything, the room Is well organized, you have one small hot artificial bathtub onsen in room and you can also reserve one for your room number, amenity kit is perfect with great in-room selection of everything you might need, the staff is really helpful and as we arrived a little bit before check-in they helped us organise our time and advise us on what to do in the city and nearby island

The room is so much bigger than expected and it was very clean. The Japanese-style breakfast has a good variety of food. In general very good value for money. The location is great, right next to the station.

Great reception staff. Large room - view of the castle was amazing!! Well worth the small extra fee. Breakfast was included and was excellent!!

The owner was really friendly and the breakfast was good. The place is really nice and the view over the canal was great. Rooms were quite spacious.
