The seaside view from the hotel room was amazing, The breakfast and dinner buffet was great. The rooms were spacious with good amenities. Enjoyed the public bath with the sauna and sea view. Included shuttle bus to/from the station was convenient. Located very close to Atami Ropeway. Staff were accommodating and helpful with luggage forwarding and transporting a party.

Everything was exceptional. From the staff to the facilities to the food. I cannot think of something negative about our stay. Not to mention, my wife had a little incident when her ring accidentally dropped on the sink. The staff were very urgent and helpful in addressing that issue. We were amazed by how these people value customer service so much. Definitely worth it!

The hotel is beautiful and has many things for guests to do. The facilities were also clean, and we were allowed to use the onsen for a while after checking out. The dinner and breakfast were included, and there were many food options to choose from as well.

The hot springs were great. Clerks were nice and reception was nice. There is small shop and some vending machines. We took Japanese room with tatami mats and it was great. The place is definitely great when you want to spend veeeeeeery slow vacation. With going to bath, reading, watching some movie etc. The hotel itself could be renovated and sometimes you can feel that some rooms were smoking ones long time ago (you can smell it most in the toilet). Buuuuut the price to quality ratio is great so I do not mind it not being perfect it was more than good enough for money. I’m not sure if there is AC in the rooms you should check it. There was heating in the room that we used after bathing.
