Everything was as described. We didn't miss anything from a regular home comfort. Easy to go to Milano and surroundings. The owned was more than helpful and gave us easy directions to reach the place and check in. Nice garden, quiet area, very relaxing.

Communication with our landlord Daniela was fantastic. She was waiting for us and showed and explained everything to us in details. The apartment has all you need. It was very (!!!) clean and the location just a short walk from the covered bridge and the historic city center is perfect. On the way to the city center there are at least two very good restaurants where you can try local food and vine. Safe and locked parking on the compound. Planing to return to Pavia and will for sure reach out for Daniela's place. Highly recommendable.

I love this place because its very close to the train station. I walked around for 10-15 min to reach the train. Across the train station you can be in city center by walking 2 min only. Street was safe and there are markets close to hostel. Besides these, the room was super clean and big eneugh, the temperature was perfect. If I would go to Pavia again I would definitely select here again. thank you very much

A genuinely exceptional place to stay in Pavia. Location is a short walk from the station, perhaps 15 minutes to the pleasant town centre. Villa Marisa is an aesthetic delight - books everywhere! This was especially appreciated by our son, who had an essay to write for uni... As a family of 3 we had a room with two large double beds separated by a curtain, so in effect two rooms. The beds were really comfortable, there were chairs to sit, fantastic internet and the bathroom + shower were first class. Breakfast was very good continental - apple croissants (!), cakes, yogurt, fruit, juice and excellent coffee made by the wonderful Samantha. She and host Lara could not be more attentive and without doubt this was the best B&B we stayed in on our journey around Italy.

Location was excellent, near train station, near grocery shop, on via Francigena route. Beds was comfortable and good heating and bathroom. The towels was the best, white and baby soft. Apartment was clean.

Perfect location just a few mins drive off the motorway. Motel style rooms around the outside with individual parking for cars and plenty of space for other vehicle such as our 7.5m Motorhome. Dog friendly, small extra charge.
