The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Overall, I had a fantastic time and would gladly return. Highly recommend!

Outdoor hot-tub in the sub-zero outdoor temperature is a real treat. Nice touch to have a sauna by the exit too. The spa area as a whole has a very relaxing feel to it and I enjoyed some quiet time in the salt room. Small hotel allows for a personal feel. The rooms are large and everyone gets a balcony. Staff are mostly very helpful and go above and beyond, special shout-out to Cristian and Nicola for enhancing my time at the bar. Martina at front desk is real star too! Parking in the basement. Would definitely return!
