The room was specious and super clean. All was very comfortable, bed, bathroom, balcony. In a cosy loby I found great team that was welcomming, friendly, available and beyond - helped me find train combitanion to destination, checked everything for me, helped a lot. There is a lovely luxury cat that hanges around in a welcomming way. I felt very comfortable there and enjoyed my stay. Worth every euro

A beautiful hotel, comfortable, near the sea. Clean room, very varied and tasty breakfasts. Underground parking. Free 2 sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach. We were received with our pets. The second was given a discount on accommodation. Pleasant staff. They checked us in late at night without any problems. We are very satisfied, thank you!

I spent the whole week in the hotel during Ironman Emilia-Romagna. The location of the hotel is amazing, right at the end of the transition. Highly recommend it. Hotel & room were clean, staff was very nice, however, some of them could have a better command of English. If I will come back to Cervia definitely will use Hotel Kiss.

It is a small very cute hotel in a nice quiet location near the sea and the city center. On arrival I was provided with a link with all necessary informations regarding the hotel and Cervia, which was very helpful. In front of the hotel there is a lovely garden under big pine trees. Everything is clean and the stuff is very accomodating and friendly. I stayed for a week and felt very much at home. My room was rather small but totally sufficient with a large balcony, which I loved. All in all a great value for money. I will definetly return for another visit.
