From the first day to the last, it has been an unforgettable experience, and leaving the hotel makes me feel a little sad. The room is huge and always super clean, the sunset from my window, the food is delicious, and the staff? What can I say? They are fantastic people who treat me well despite the language barrier. I had some contact with the manager, who was very professional, helpful, and super-accommodating. The truth is: you need very little to be happy, and the same goes for making others happy. Truly exceptional service. The team really went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I was made to feel very well looked after and comfortable! The hotel organised travel arrangements to and from the airport and ensured required foods were available. I ended up spending most my time in the hotel it was so beautiful ! Tasty food, but the 4 nights i stayed in it was the same breakfast Poori & Dosa , only one variety of juice was available, Also breakfast could start at 7am not eight hence could not leave the hotel earlier for sight seeing Etc

When I called from abroad requesting for early check in in a lodge very close to the temple, they demanded to book for 2 days, and declined to accommodate early. Since we were landing in the early morning flight. But palakunnel staff were understanding and customer Friendly. They accommodated 4 hours early chek in by understanding our situation wihtout charging extra. My sincere thanks to generosity they showed to us. It is in walkable distance from the temple and neatly maintained rooms. AC was good enough and it was pleasant stay.. i recommend this hotel for anybody who have any special requests. They are very kind and a d friendly staff.
