The customer service was exceptional, as soon as I walked in, my family and I were greeted by the staff at the front desk. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was immaculate and well- appointed, with all the amenities one could ask for. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night of sleep, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. Wonderful service, facilities and food. Snorkelled out to the drop off, relaxed on the deck chairs down by the beach, went to the Spa for a massage. It is a magical place.

The Infinity Bay Spa & Beach Resort is located 20 metres from the West Bay Beach. It features free Wi-Fi, a swimming pool with waterfall and a coral reef in front.

Great breakfast, plenty options and good quality food. The staff very friendly and helpful, nice location and comfortable rooms, good quality bed sheets and pillows. Definitely a place I would come back to.

We were only supposed to be there one night, but due to flight cancellations, ended up staying for 4 and the staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble, everyone was friendly and did their best to help us and other guests that were also stuck on the Island. The location is perfect, on the main strip in West End and directly opposite the water taxi's to West Bay. Plenty of food and nightlife too.
