Everything was brilliant from entering the building we were greeted by a cheerful and pleasant young guy. We had forgotten our phone charger and the young guy managed to find us one and saved the day.The room was clean and Everything we needed was in the room. Lovely hotel and lovely staff

I loved the vibe in this hotel. Very characteristic but also modern comforts. Lots of activity in the bars and restaurants. Very lively. Beautiful spacious room. Friendly people. I loved the restaurant. We had the best meal of our trip to Wales here. Breakfast was outstanding. Great table service, drink top ups. Loved the hospitality. The town is lovely as well.
