Lovely location, ground floor room which was handy. Very welcoming & helpful reception staff , W red had a bit of a wait for our dinner, which wasn’t ideal as we were tired and wanted to get go bed, the young man behind the bar couldn’t apologise enough & offered us complimentary drinks after our meal, which was very much appreciated 👍🏻

Amenities in room are more then what you would get in other hotels of the same stars in uk, little things like milk for tea/coffee in mini bar, plus your basic drinks, good quality teas and coffees.
