Everything was wonderful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location 5 mins away from my family. Food from menu was also great and a great choice of full English breakfasts too! Our room was lovely, spacious and better than we expected.

This former coaching inn is set in the heart of the New Forest and has wonderful views of wild heathland.

The property is located well in the best part of the forest. The rooms are so constructed that you are given to believe that the WHOLE PROPERTY is dedicated for you. In our stay, we did not see anyone else, except the hosts. The hosts are so eager to help, and went out of the way to make us comfortable. We had an early morning start one of the days, so they prepared some special breakfast for us the previous night and kept it in our in-room refrigerator! Food was delicious, fruits and veggies were fresh as ever!

Me and my daughter stayed for a night for her birthday. It was the most magical place we have ever stayed. The location was stunning, the hotel beautiful, the staff so friendly especially Tom (he’s fabulous) and the food was fantastic. It was perfect from start to finish. They added birthday banners, a balloon, card and shortbread box which was the cutest little surprise. Every little thing had such attention to detail. We are planning to stay again next summer.
