Excellent location within easy walk to town and local view points. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was fabulous, only stayed 2 nights but ate in hotel both evenings. Great selection of food, wine and other drinks. Breakfast was equally good with excellent variety of choice. The view from the dining room was incredible, over Cumbrae, Bute, Arran and Mull of Kintyre. Wish we had stayed longer. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay next time.

Beautifully appointed and freshly renovated with lovely views over the Firth of Clyde. Seamill is a pretty and very underrated seaside town

A minute or so drive from the centre of Rothesay so everything handy but quiet location. Room was lovely overlooking the bay., everything was spotless and bathroom great. Very nice breakfast and a separate guest lounge, both with wonderful views. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This apartment is truely extraordinary. It is huge and has very nice details. The host is very helpful, the communication easy. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The young woman at the reception was exceptionally helpful and we loved our last-minute stay at the hotel. We would definitely recommend it.

Excellent restaurant, very friendly staff. Only twin room available. I would have preferred double but otherwise fine. Access to the pool was a bonus

Warm welcome. Spacious and very comfortable room. Spotlessly clean and very attractively furnished. Good, hot shower. Excellent bed. Bright, light with a pleasant outlook and view towards the bay.. Extremely generous hospitality tray. Very quiet. Whole property warm and cosy. Excedlingly helpful, efficient and friendly staff. Superb cooked breakfast. Inviting bar and restaurant. Very good food, well presented and at fair prices. Highly recommend this small hotel/Inn. Area is beautiful.
