Jackie, Kimberley, Bergot (forgive me if I misspelt the lady's name) & Darren were engaging and offered a warm welcome. I received advice and assistance with my visit. My room was quickly changed when I mentioned a disturbing noise in the infrastructure - perhaps a refrigerating A/C compressor; I was offered a room with a view, overlooking the market place. In the restaurant, Tabatha was a most wonderful host. So, a big thank you. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the service, complete with proper cotton napkins, was superb. In my room the linen was ample & oozed of quality. I liked the heater frame in the bathroom too.

Fantastic breakfast. Lots of healthy foods to select from. Beautiful views of the lake while enjoying breakfast. The buffet food items were replenished at each sitting. The meals at The Old Boathouse were also delicious. The hot smoked salmon and prawn linguine was exceptional. The room was spacious and the air was fresh as we could open a window. The quality of the bedding was excellent. The staff at De Vere were outstanding. The reception staff helped us with booking taxis, printing car rental documents, and providing bus schedules. They were all so friendly and professional. We had a fantastic experience staying at De Vere Cotswold Water Park. We also loved seeing the dogs that were welcome at the hotel.

This property looked and felt like a traditional English Inn - as a Canadian, I really enjoyed this. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, and it was warm, which was important as Britain is freezing. I also really enjoyed the pub and restaurant. Breakfast was included; I ordered a full English breakfast and it was delicious. I also appreciated all the Christmas decorations as it really added a nice touch to the atmosphere.
