Stayed 1 night after deciding to add on another day after our wedding and a few days in High Bickington. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, loved the milk & ice which came in very handy. Very warm, dog friendly (ours loved watching the boats from the balcony) cosy apartment, helpful host and WHAT A VIEW. Genuinely had one of the best night sleeps I’ve had in a long time. This guesthouse was a great choice for walking the Coast Path. The value for money was much better than typical, the owner was very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean, bed was comfy; what's not to like? Don't hesitate to book if it's available.

Don’t hesitate to book – it is perfect We stayed for three nights and everything about this bed and breakfast exceeded our expectations. The host, Jayne, was absolutely excellent – warm and welcoming without ever being overbearing. She has a real attention to detail, and it shows in every aspect of the stay. From thoughtful suggestions on things to do in the area, to the small touches that made us feel completely looked after, nothing was overlooked. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Each night we returned to find full service: fresh towels, replenished tea, coffee, and cookies – those little touches that make such a difference. Breakfast each morning was outstanding, with a delicious cooked option alongside a fresh fruit salad and cereals etc. The host is clearly a perfectionist in the best possible way, ensuring guests feel both comfortable and cared for. It’s rare to find a place where the small things are done so well, and it really elevated our experience. Highly recommended – you won’t regret staying here!
