Amazing location with a fantastic view of the harbour and of Instow opposite. Beautifully decorated, clean rooms with really comfortable beds and lovely additions including proper coffee and biscuits, lovely scented bathroom products, and additional snacks available for a small fee. Attached to a lovely pub with really friendly staff, and a great quiz every Sunday! Would return to stay here every time. We loved it.

Very clean and comfortable, Jayne made us very welcome. Nice cooked breakfast. Short drive to Woolacombe beach, would definitely stay here again.
