I loved the breakfast so much. So much to choose from, delicious coffee and I even found champagne for those who like to have a glass in the morning. What a lovely place in a lovely city. I also slept very well, though was exhausted from my long flight. But all in all it was a lovely room even with a living room and perfect shower room.

The hotel looks amazing, the staff was very polite and helpful and the cleaning service was incredible. The surroundings of the hotel are being well taken care of. The Taurito beach is a must, one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever visited.

Location was beautiful and peaceful. Kitchen was very well equipt with everything you could possibley need. Of course the pool was ideal, clean and a great temp due to the heating. The beds were comfortable and the the large smart 4k TV and subscriptions were a lovley bonus for the cooler evenings. Our highlight was the 2 super friendly cats that came to visit every day and demanded food and pets. Although a car is advised due to the mountain location (20 mins of long, windy, though well maintained, roads) there is a bus route that runs regularly which could get you there from the airport, just put a bit of time aside to get there! There is a decent shop about 3km away and a host of supermarkets about 15 mins away by car or bus. By car though, about an hour drive from the airport. The host was very responsive and answered any question we had. We really hope to be back in the future. Thanks for having us!

We enjoyed our stay and definitely will come back. Spacious apartment, big terrace with 2 sunbeds and table. All 3 big pools were heated. Great facilities for kids, several playgrounds, splash park, outdoor jacuzzi Very green area. Very friendly staff. Nice promenade to the beach. Kids club and minidisco. Food was very good. Nice views from the top level.

Very comfortable clean room. Hotel itself easy to find on the main road into Puerto de la Nieves. Parking garage behind the building and always locked. Lovely wholesome varied breakfast A short walk down to the port with an array of restaurants and to the natural swimming pools. Heated pool and jacuzzi a treat and and well worth a mere 6 Euros for two hours - just what we needed after walking from San Pedro to the Hotel. They ordered us a cab which came in minutes to take us to the start of the hike
