Our second year staying in Parquesur while attending Mad Cool festival! Brilliant location - 10 minute taxi to drop off point for the festival. Great value for money and so much choice for food in the shopping centre right beside it. Short taxi to get in to the city centre to see the sights. Staff as always so friendly. We had a balcony room with a view of the pond which had a big screen showing the Euros and had a DJ which was great for a bit of entertainment when not at the festival. Will book again if attending Mad Cool in 2025!

A wonderful apartment with everything you need for a pleasant, easy, and comfortable stay. The bus stop to the city center is right behind the building, and there are metro stations nearby - 20/25 min= to Plaza Mayor. The hosts are amazing — they welcomed us with cold drinks. We received all the important information in advance, and during our stay they gave us great tips about the places we were interested in. The only thing to keep in mind is that the sofa isn’t very comfortable for children taller than 185 cm :) We’re looking forward to coming back here again.

We had a really pleasant stay here during our road trip from the UK to Morocco. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very practical – exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. The staff were absolutely brilliant – friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any request. I accidentally left my watch behind in the room, and when I arranged a door-to-door delivery service to collect it, the team kindly packed it carefully and handed it over to the courier when they came to pick it up. That kind of attention and helpfulness made a big difference and was very much appreciated. Overall, this was a smooth, stress-free stopover in Madrid, and we would happily stay here again.

I love the location of the Hotel it is near the train Station. Our Rooms were cleaned everyday. Staffs were also nice and accommodating. I was surprised they gave us something to drink when we arrived❤️ I highly recommend this place.
