Communication was good and I was met as arranged with keys and shown the apartment. The block is quiet, balcony nice and as end room on top floor also had a window looking over the mountains from the bed. Pool area etc very clean and quiet. Felt safe.

The apartment was fantastic, spacious, modernly decorated and equipped with anything needed from a family. The room service was great and friendly. Also a very large and beautiful swimming pool available next to you. One of the best hotel experiences and all this on a very nice price. I would definitely recommend a stay :)

The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. From the bellman to the front desk to the catering and cleaning staff - everyone was there to make the hotel guests feel very special. The room was big, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom spotless and clean. Bed linen and towels were changed every 3-4 days. The Mini-Bar always stocked up with a wide selection. Our balcony provided us with beautiful sun-loungers and awning overlooking the pool with the coastline in the distance. Direct cellar access to the golf course with the hotel's own buggies and locker rooms for your golf clubs. The breakfast buffet catered for your every need with waiter service bringing your eggs of choice and coffee/tea. The Maître d' remembered our breakfast wishes and room number after just one visit - impressive! What service! The outdoor bar provided a good lunchtime menu. Water bottles were delivered everyday together with the most exquisite little chocolates which we devoured in quiet ecstacy. Coming down in the morning to be greeted by a wonderfully refreshing air of menthol/eucalyptus was a very nice touch! The entire establishment (indoors and out) was an oasis of peace and tranquility. Absolutely perfect!

This place is such a gem. As soon as we arrived, the hosts Minhal and Tomas made us so welcome and comfortable. It was home from home. Even had a herb garden. And lovely outside terrace. The shower room actually has a power shower. The space is really big and naturally cool as it is on the ground floor. The main bedroom and bed are massive, with huge flitted wardrobes. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils Inc full size oven and a microwave. There is a huge fridge freezer as well. It's a great space if you like to cook. It felt like home. The pool area is very well kept with plenty of sunbeds. The coplex is very safe and secure with a mix of residential and rentals. A very friendly atmosphere at the pool area and throughout the complex. It's a short walk to the evening entertainment, bars and restaurants but very quiet at night. The beach is a 15 min walk, and a taxi is only €5. Yes, there is a hill, but it's more like a long slope. It is not big or steep. All in all, it was a great vacation. You will not dedisapointed. We stayed for 2 weeks. It was not enough. Minhal and Tomas are very kind, helpful, and welcoming people. It's been a pleasure to stay in their apartment. We will definitely be back.

Nice little apartment in a cool residence with a big swimming pool not to crowded. The apartment was clean and comfortable The staff was kind and very attentionate. They left us some water, coffee, soap, etc. The location is ok, approx. 20 min. from the beach on foot with lots of seaside restaurants. The apartment is also very easy to reach if you come by bus from Tenerife Sur Airport. It's a very good starting point if you plan to visit by car.

Great experience overall - highly recommended! Few pools to please everyone needs, great rooms. Food wise plenty of choice every day for meat lovers, seafood lovers and of course for all vegans and vegetarians plenty of fruits and veggies. Coffee and tea available at all time except lunch for some reason. Plenty of milk choices. Plenty of good alcohol choice as well. The beer from the tab right beside the water tab was surprisingly really good. Area is a bit remote, however the hotel provides shuffle bus to Los Cristianos/Americanos and the Siam park and also daily events at the pool and evenings events for all ages. It has small fun zone with few arcades and 2 pool tables. Few shops outside the hotel and of course an Irish pub. Bus stop is only 5 mins away. You can rent a car, book a taxi is a day trip and all this in the reception area.
