We stayed overnight here close to the port as our ferry was cancelled due to a storm. The rooms were very quiet despite the strong storm. This villa is spacious but compact and relaxing. The facilities are well equipped and of good quality. The host couple are very nice and helpful. We would definitely visit here next time for a longer stay.

Location is good (even though we were without a car) - walked to the hotel from one of the train stops nearby and the other walked to the Ferry terminal (to catch the Smyril Line to the Faroe Islands). Friendly staff, nice restaurant with great food, big room and cozy lobby bar. Would recommend for people travelling by the ferry to the Faroe Islands/Iceland.

The apartment ist really nice and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was really good and since you finish the preparation by yourself you are super flexible with the time. Anne is very nice host. We took the farry to norway therefore the location ist really good.

This was the first time being in Denmark. The staff I met were just wonderful, good people. They were more then accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic. They had served homemade bread and jams along with eggs a few different ways. There was care put into everything it would seem. Thank you very much.

So Hirstal is not a big place and (forgive me if I am wrong) I guess a lot of people travel there on their way to Norway. But this hotel is amazing. The most stunning view you can imagine and the manager is sooooo friendly. Also 1000% safe and secure
