On arrival, we felt the hotel had a really welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The bedroom was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The menu in the restaurant allows you to partake of German and/or Vietnamese/Asian dishes. On both evenings we chose the latter; the food was fantastic. It was also good to be served green tea in a teapot allowing for several cups. We had breakfast on our second morning as we were away very early the first morning, The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of options.

Everything. The appartment is very beautiful and offers all a tourist needs for an enjoyable stay. Also, it was a pleasure to communicate with the owner which was very kind.

A very nice hotel, situated quite a bit at the outside part of Berlin, but there is good public transport towards the city, and everything can be reached within an hour of travel. Tram stops right beside the hotel, and at Panków station there is the possibility to change to U2 or S-Bahn to continue faster. The staff greated me kindly and they were nice overall. My room was situated in the top (3rd) floor, there was an elevator, but it was easy to get there by stairs too. It was very quiet, I didn't hear any noise while I was in the room. It was already heating season in november, and the room was heated for the adequate temperature, not cold, and not too hot, perfect. Breakfast was very good, at the first glance it looked like it contained only a few choices, but actually there are plenty of different kind of food, just some are behind a turn or a wall, and not visible at the first sight. Coffee was also perfect. After 11 pm the entrance is at a side door, but staff explains it at check in, and it was easy to find and to open it with the provided keys. Hotels in Berlin are quite expensive, I've chosen Businesshotel Berlin because of the great quality/price ratio. I can recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind a bit of a travel towards the city center.

Great staff. The room is very spacious, the bathroom is comfortable. Parking is free in the yard. If you arrive even later in the evening, there are places to eat nearby. The hotel is located in a quiet area.
