We arrived in China by train from Hong Kong. We came completely unprepared, without roaming, without Chinese yuan, without a hotel address in Chinese, without a route plan for the park. By some miracle, a local guy brought us from the train station to the hotel using GPS coordinates. At the hotel, we paid for our transfer, were treated to tea, bought tickets to the park, and were given a route plan. The staff didn't speak English, but we understood each other perfectly with the help of a translator. They helped us solve all our problems and plan our days in this area. They always found and brought us to the hotel by car, considering that we didn't have internet. In general, it was delightful! And the hotel itself was very comfortable. The view, cleanliness, style. Everything was superb!

I think the thing i liked the most was the kindness and support i got from Miss Xei (i don't know if its correctly written sorry 😂) she was 200% helpful, kind, always thoughtful and helped a lot building my plan in the park! Even helped me find so really good typical restaurants! Thank you so very much! I couldn't do it without you! I'm just so sorry i could not say goodbye personally!

Yao made this an unforgettable stay for us! He got us tickets to the park, gave us a personalised route to hike, helped out with my birthday celebration, gave us the coolest ride to the park, arranged a taxi for us, and overall was really great to be around. The hotel is also very pretty and the views are amazing. Definitely worth a visit!

The hostess was really ambitious and made a big effort to make our stay as convenient as possible. Emer (the hostess) also helped us a lot with planning our trip to the national park, booking our tickets and gave us many recommendations. Also her recommendations for dinner were great! And one of our highlights was definitely the traditional chinese calligraphy course, which she and her boyfriend are offering for free. She has such a welcoming personality and made the stay really special for us :)

The hotel was surprisingly good, especially with the service of recommending tours and booking tickets in advance, which saved a lot of worry. Very close to the entrance of the scenic spot, very convenient to Wulingyuan Scenic Spot, the rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable, and it is quiet to sleep at night. In particular, the hotel provided a free self-service washing machine, which was very nice for those of us who had been climbing the mountains all day and were stinking. I will choose this hotel again next time I visit Zhangjiajie.
