hotel is very well designed for family stay: - spacious: our kid could run around at the lobby, near cafe, the fish place without other people felt disturbed. - kids friendly: staff has daily many little events for kids (dancing, painting, handcrafting, animals, etc.) - kids theme: we haven't tried all out (as our kid was barely 2 years old) - inside and an big outside playground, pottery course, cinema, small animal zoo, an arcade game corner, cars - hotel has an own kids friendly big pool (water level like 30-40cm high) as well as an easy access to the beach (around 100m to walk) - food wise: 3 restaurants - one kids topic, one buffet with wide variations of good western/chinese selections and desert corner - one chinese restaurant with hainan specialities (we haven't tried) - but again very kids friendly as they allow them to run around - Room: we had one at front side facing the pool / beach, very nice to get up and our little also enjoyed it.

Superb breakfast and many outstanding local taste restaurants within the hotel. Excellent experience in many respects. Room was spacious, clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Especially great was it was in 9th floor and from the balcony had almost a 270°view. Also, the breakfast buffet exceeded our group's expectations with a great selection of coffees, entrees, even dessert & fruits, and beverages. The location could not have been better... conveniently located next to the beach and so close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Could be the BEST stay we have experienced at a hotel/resort.

The Pool selection was excellent. Each pool was very spacious and set in wonderful scenery. The heated pool was fantastic, especially as travelled in December. Highly recommend the Pullman! Perou (our host at reception) was amazing. She gave daily updates about the weather, checked in with us daily to make sure we were comfortable and made us feel really welcome! the food selection at breakfast was excellent. The beach access and all the facilities were absolutely fantastic! We definitely recommend the Pullman Oceanview to anyone wishing to visit Sanya!

The staff Lili is extremely friendly and helpful.. room are spacious/clean and close most of the eateries...We book an early train to airport...they prepare breakfast the day before..I wish to stay there longer..There is a nice restaurant there...and there's a shuttle to pickup and drop off the train station...Will sure share with my friends.i want sincerely thank Lili who are so patient to teach me to book Didi as this my first time in Hainan island...
