The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very calm and kind, greeted me well, and I asked for a copy, but it was nice that they were willing to do it. Also, I asked for a room cleaning, but you did it neatly. Everything was perfect, the location is great, easy to reach from train station, and a bus station just 1 min walking from the hotel, the room was so clean, the surrounding area was very quiet and beautiful 😍 So cozy & calm. The price was fine. And I loved how the receptionist was hospitable and nice in my first day, also they give you an interlaken free bus pass which helped me a lot. If I go back to Interlaken again I'll choose your hostel.
