Super friendly and hospitable staff. We had our room booked and paid ahead of time, but when the staff noticed that we were less than satisfied they upgraded us with no extra cost. One step away from Interlaken Ost station. Big Coop nearby! Free breakfast is sufficient for me with bread toast, coffee, yoghurt, cheese, cereals, etc. I arrived at 1:30am but they have given instruction to just collect room key. Balcony room is amazing with view of the mountains!! Able to keep my luggages is amazing.

My stay at Backpackers Villa Sonnenhof was amazing. The place is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. The staff were always kind and helpful. They give you a Guest Card, which is super useful for getting around Interlaken. The train station is just a short walk away, and everything else, shops, restaurants, and a beautiful river is nearby. The views from the hostel are stunning. Definitely a place I’d love to visit again.
